Sir Hotels is headed to Prague!

The newest addition to the Sir Hotels family and Sircle Collection's inaugural property in the historic city center, opening soon, will be situated near the picturesque Vltava River. Our boutique hotel will showcase 76 meticulously designed rooms, a delightful library, a state-of-the-art fitness amenities, and the acclaimed Seven North restaurant.

What you’ll be doing with us:

• Processing and booking individual reservations as well as group, meeting, and event bookings for our Prague property.
• Ensuring all guest and event requirements are met, handling any requested changes promptly and efficiently.
• Communicating effectively with guests and the hotel team to optimize revenue and provide seamless coordination for both individual stays and group events.
• Delivering exceptional customer service, with a personalized approach to cater to the unique needs of each client and event.
• Actively cross-selling hotel services and facilities to both individual guests and event organizers to maximize satisfaction and revenue.

Whilst having prior experience as a Reservations Agent is advantageous, it is not a requirement, we are ultimately looking for an enthusiastic person who is passionate about hospitality!

In addition to this, having strong organisational, administrative and time management skills are essential to succeed within the role. We are looking for someone who has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to help build relationships with key stakeholders and clients. As we are currently in our hotel’s preopening phase, the successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic preopening environment.

• You are a people’s person who can encourage guests for our hotels
  
• You have an eye for detail and think along and come with solutions
  
• Czech and English needs to be spoken and written fluently
  
• Knowledge of a property management system
  
• You are super commercial and have a passion for hospitality
  
• Excellent social and communication skills
  
• Team player, but certainly also capable of working independently
  
• You never stop learning. Curiosity is a must as we try to stay ahead of the curve
