We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, professional and experienced Kitchen Assistant to join THE ROOFTOP team at the Sir Victor Hotel in Barcelona.

Your responsibility will be to ensure the correct preparation, organisation, cleaning and disinfection of the entrusted items.

Main functions:

• Follow the preparation list created by the chefs to plan their tasks.
• Assist in the preparation of recipes, based on the technical sheet.
• Measuring ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking, washing and cutting vegetables, meat, etc.
• Carrying out cooking tasks, such as reducing sauces, blanching food, etc.
• Ensuring that all food and other products are stored properly.
• Perform other tasks in the kitchen, as assigned.
