In the role of People & Culture Intern, you will support the entire department and you serve as a source of information in the field of People & Culture, labour agreement/AVR and company regulations for our employees. You will work in our Headquarters in the city centre of Amsterdam together with your P&C colleagues. In this role you will report directly to the People & Culture Advisor and People & Culture Manager.

This is what you're going to do

• You will be the first point of contact for all of our hotel employees in the Netherlands.

• You are responsible for the (administrative) on- and off boarding of employees.

• You will be organising the monthly bike tour and introduction training for new employees and you will give the introduction training.

• You are responsible for keeping various files and systems up-to-date.

• You will take care of conducting and analysing reports.

• You are responsible for monitoring and closing the hour registration of the employees.

• You will be supporting the People & Culture department in their daily tasks.

This is why you are the best candidate

To succeed in this role, we believe you should follow a Bachelor degree preferably in Hotel management or HRM. You have excellent command of English and Dutch in word and writing. You are available from September 2025 for a minimum period of five months. It goes without saying that you have an affinity with hospitality, you are an ambitious and discreet professional with good computer skills and know how to connect with different people and cultures. You are not afraid to make mistakes and would like to work in a young, ambitious and dynamic team.

This role is only available for candidates that are currently studying and need to complete an internship as part of their curriculum.

Compensations

• The internship compensation is € 750 gross based on a full time internship.

• We offer a compensation in your housing costs of € 80 gross (fulltime) in case you have to move to Amsterdam for your internship.
