Sircle Collection is a group of 9 original hospitality brands. Our properties include 4 hotels with 16 locations, 3 restaurant and bar concepts, a private members' club and a luxury concept store – in Europe's most inspiring neighborhoods. Our passion? Creating unique and memorable experiences for our guests. Now, we’re looking for a People & Culture professional to join our team!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

🔹 Recruitment & Hiring: manage applications, schedule interviews, update our database, write job descriptions, and handle contracts (new hires, terminations, modifications).
🔹 HR Administration: keep employee records up to date, organize documentation, and manage payroll variables.
🔹 Onboarding & Offboarding: ensure smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees.
🔹 Generalist Role: support key areas such as training, employee experience, and workplace culture.
🔹 Training & Events: assist with organizing courses, internal activities, and office management.
🔹 HR Policy Development: contribute to the creation and implementation of HR initiatives.

Job requirements

✔️ Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
✔️ Strong knowledge of HR policies & procedures.
✔️ Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
✔️ Excellent communication skills and a people-first attitude.
✔️ Problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask.
