Your Role as a Membership Manager:

You possess an entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on approach to innovation.

Building relationships and communicating effortlessly with diverse individuals, particularly within the realms of luxury, fashion, design, and art, comes naturally to you.

Your extensive local network and profound understanding of Milan's social landscape make you a valuable asset in curating bespoke experiences for our members, including exclusive access to our gym and spa facilities and a diverse wellbeing program. A university degree in Communication is highly desirable.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

Membership acquisition: you drive membership acquisition and retention by curating exclusive experiences tailored to the interests of our esteemed members, with a focus on the luxury market, fashion, design, art, and our top-notch gym and spa offerings.

Network and relationship building: you cultivate and maintain a robust network of influential individuals within Milan's elite social circles, leveraging connections to enhance the membership experience, you serve as the primary liaison between the club and its members, ensuring exceptional service delivery and personalized attention at all touchpoints, including the gym and spa.

Strategic Mindset: you collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that elevate the club's brand presence and attract new members, emphasizing the unique gym and spa amenities.

Planning and overseeing Member Events: you oversee the planning and execution of member events, ensuring seamless coordination and flawless execution, while also integrating opportunities for members to experience our wellbeing program and last but not least you maintain a visible presence within the club, embodying the essence of Torre Velasca and fostering a sense of community among members, highlighting the three areas of member’s life, wellbeing, business and community.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in leadership roles within the luxury market, preferably in membership management or hospitality.

• Proven expertise in VIP handling, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering unparalleled service.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and Italian.

• Strong critical thinking abilities and problem-solving skills, with the agility to adapt to dynamic environments and evolving member need
