Are you an ambitious Interior Designer looking to create spaces that spark real connection? We are looking for a talented new team member to join our Construction & Design team. 

Our international Construction & Design team works across all our regions, overseeing our existing properties as well as the development of new hotels, members’ clubs and F&B concepts across Europe. Based between Amsterdam and Barcelona, the team regularly travels to our properties and construction sites. We combine creativity and innovation with a strong focus on delivering thoughtful, distinctive, and commercially successful spaces. 

In this position, you will report to the Head of Construction & Design and work closely with our Owner & Founder, as well as key departments across the business, including Brand, Operations, and GSE. This collaborative approach ensures that our design concepts reflect the identity of our brands while supporting the guest and member experience, operational requirements, and commercial objectives of each property.

What you will be doing

• Develop and translate interior design concepts for guest rooms, public spaces, members’ clubs and F&B outlets across multiple projects. 

• Create detailed design packages, including space layouts, mood boards, material palettes, and technical drawings. 

• Write and maintain clear FF&E and OS&E specifications, ensuring design intent is aligned with agreed budgets and procurement timelines. 

• Collaborate closely with the Owner & Founder, Brand, Operations, GSE, and other key stakeholders throughout the design and development process. 

• Conduct site visits and oversee styling and handovers to ensure the final fit-out is delivered in line with the approved design and quality standards. 

• Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a high level of creative and technical detail. 

This is why you are the right candidate

We are looking for a creative and self-motivated team player with a strong eye for detail and the ability to balance creative ambition with practical project requirements. 

• A minimum of 3–4 years of relevant experience in hospitality interior design. 

• Experience across hotels, members’ clubs, restaurants or other lifestyle hospitality concepts is an advantage. 

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish is an advantage. 

• Excellent organisational and spatial planning skills with strong attention to detail. 

• Ability to work independently and develop design concepts from initial ideas through implementation. 

• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite. 

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, international environment and collaborating across different disciplines. 

• Based in or around Barcelona.
