The newest addition to the Sir Hotels family and Sircle Collection's inaugural property in the historic city center, opening soon, will be situated near the picturesque Vltava River. Our boutique hotel will showcase 76 meticulously designed rooms, a delightful library, a boutique Spa, state-of-the-art fitness amenities, and the acclaimed Seven North restaurant.

What you’ll be doing with us:

As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our hotel is maintained at the highest standards. You will grow, develop and lead a team the Housekeeping Department, Room Attendant and more to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all who visit our hotel.

Within our preopening hotel, you will be responsible to, train, supervise and support the housekeeping team as needed. Reporting into our Housekeeping Manager, you will develop and implement cleaning and maintenance procedures to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene.

Alongside your Housekeeping Manager, you will supervise the team check the rota, check the rooms & liaising with external agency for support when required and conduct productivity and performance evaluations. 

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Hotel Housekeeping with a passion for hospitality. Success within the role will depend on the candidate having strong leadership and organisational skills with an a keen attention to detail and cleanliness.
