Seven North restaurant is now operating in Prague! 

The acclaimed Seven North restaurant has been operating in Prague for one year, located on the ground floor of the Sir Hotel, an inaugural property in the historic city center near the picturesque Vltava River, part of the Sircle collection.  

The culinary journey of Seven North restaurant is inspired by Mediterranean, French, central European, and Italian cuisines, guided by Chef Eyal Shani's vision of pure and surprising dishes meant to be shared for communal enjoyment.

We create an all-day dining experience featuring vibrant flavors from the southern Mediterranean, complemented by a dynamic open kitchen, a lively cocktail bar, and an atmosphere of spontaneous passion. Our goal is to provide memorable dining moments where guests can feel a sense of freedom and love through exceptional food and hospitality.   

What you’ll be doing with us

• As our Head Chef – Seven North Prague, you will oversee all hotel related food operation, such as breakfast, hotel all day menu, room service, banqueting and our renowned Seven North restaurant.  You will ensure that our kitchen operates at the highest standards.  

• Your expertise and creativity will be essential in delivering memorable dining experiences that reflect our brand's dedication to innovation, quality, and heartfelt service. 

• In this preopening phase, you will play a vital role in recruiting, training, and inspiring a talented culinary team. Reporting to the Group Head Chef, you will oversee menu development, ensuring seasonal, locally sourced ingredients are utilized to craft dishes that resonate with our guests. 

• You will manage kitchen operations, maintain food quality, safety, and hygiene standards, and monitor inventory and budgetary requirements. Collaboration with the restaurant and hotel teams will be key to ensuring seamless service and delivering unforgettable gastronomic experiences.
