What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the overall operation and performance of the hotel & restaurant, ensuring smooth day-to-day management while working closely with ownership and key F&B stakeholders.

• Lead, inspire, and develop a team of approximately 90 employees, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Coach and mentor the management team, establishing clear goals and action plans to enhance performance, engagement, and talent development.

• Deliver an exceptional and consistent guest experience throughout the entire customer journey, ensuring personalized service and memorable stays.

• Take ownership of guest satisfaction, reputation management, complaint resolution, and feedback analysis to drive continuous improvement.

• Maintain the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, ambiance, design, technical upkeep, and service quality across the property.

• Ensure full compliance with all operational, safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements, including fire safety, HACCP standards, labor legislation, and trade regulations.

• Develop and execute the hotel's strategic business plans, budgets, forecasts, and commercial initiatives, with a strong focus on revenue growth, profitability, and cost control.

• Monitor financial performance through effective controlling and reporting, ensuring sustainable business results and achievement of key targets.

• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to align operations with brand standards, business objectives, and guest experience strategies.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, businesses, and industry stakeholders to strengthen market presence and generate new opportunities.

• Champion a positive workplace culture that reflects the company's core values of heartfelt service, ambition, creativity, and memorable guest experiences.

• Act as the hotel's legal and operational representative, ensuring adherence to all statutory obligations and governance requirements.

• You have 5+ years of operational leadership experience in hotels and F&B environments, ideally across multiple properties.

• Strong understanding of financial management, with the ability to optimize P&L and drive profitability.

Gross monthly salary: | Full-time (All-in) | Gross monthly salary starting from €5,500, with willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
