As our next Front Office Manager, you will be working in a vibrant, international environment where you’re constantly balancing operations with experience. • You lead the front office with confidence, creativity, and a genuine sense of care;

• You inspire, coach and energise your team and lead by example, always;

• You run a smooth and sharp operation, while never losing sight of delivering heartfelt service;

• You stay flexible, hands-on and one step ahead;

• You work closely with housekeeping, maintenance and F&B, because great experiences are never created alone;

• You ensure the highest standards of Health & Safety for both guests and team members, creating an environment where everyone feels safe and at ease;

• You take ownership of the department’s financial performance, managing budgets, forecasting and driving results;

• You play an active role in HR processes, from recruitment and onboarding to development and retention. Building a strong and future-proof team.
  

This is why you are the best candidate

To succeed in this role, we believe you should have an MBO or Bachelors degree in Tourism or Hospitality and have at least 2 years of experience in a management position in the hospitality industry. We expect you to have an operational mind-set yet a creative mind, who drives innovative ideas to increase guest satisfaction and revenue. You also speak and write fluently in English, Dutch is a plus. It goes without saying that you are a hands-on manager who can make strategic decisions, has a helicopter view and is able to create and nurture a professional and inspiring environment to your guests and team. Your approach is warm, your standards high, and your mindset is ambitious.
