WHAT YOU WILL DO:

-Supervise and train the finance team

-Supervise and manage Accounting processes and periodic reports

-Ensure the accuracy of financial statements

-Coordinate the process of monthly, quarterly and annual accounting closures

-Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations

-Work closely with other departments to ensure financial alignment with operations

-Supervision and submission of monthly tax declarations

-Control and supervision of the Electronic box

-Cash flow.

• Degree in Finance, Economics or similar

• +3 years experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry

• Advance in Excel and ERP tools

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Cool under pressure.

• Detail oriented with a problem-solving mindset

• Fluent in Spanish & English.
