As our Food & Beverage Supervisor you are responsible for the overall success of the daily F&B operations. You are the main driver to exceed the guests expectations and naturally inspire your team members with your upbeat personality. In this role you will report directly to the F&B Manager with who you will constantly be looking for improvements, optimization and new ideas.

This is what you're going to do

• You will be responsible for the overall success and smooth running of the F&B outlets: focusing on the day to day operation, ensuring the staff adhere to policies/ procedures and completion of the tasks and addressing customers concerns.
• You will be responsible to inspire the team to provide a courteous, professional and efficient service in order to create memorable guest experiences in the different F&B outlets.
• You will maximize the effectiveness of employees in close cooperation with the Manager by developing each of their skills and abilities through appropriate training, coaching, mentoring and supporting them in their professional development goals.
• You will take care of administrative related tasks that are required.

To succeed in this role, you will have a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role. We expect you to have relevant knowledge of securing the F&B complies with all regulations, including sanitation and safety guidelines. You have good communication skills and know how to connect with different people and cultures. You are able to operate independently and solve problems creatively. You are a real team player and you always go for the best result for yourself and your colleagues.
