As our Corporate Recruiter, you play a key role in shaping the future of our organization by attracting top hospitality talent. You’ll work closely with hiring managers across the business and help build a strong, consistent recruitment approach across multiple countries.

This is what you're going to do

In this Recruitment role, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic company. You will be part of our People & Culture department (8 fte), all with a passion for Hospitality! We need your expertise to hire the best talent for our headquarters, from IT to Marketing and from Finance to People & Culture. You will report to the VP of People & Culture and Operations.  

• Own the full recruitment cycle from intake to offer. In general, interviews are done by the teams.

• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and hiring strategies.

• Stakeholder management.

• Create and maintain a positive candidate experience.

• Train new hiring members in Recruitee.

• Campus Recruitment; be creative in attracting the right students for our internships. Attending career fairs is one of the tasks.

• Make sure you use the most out of Recruitee, be on top of the new features and implement AI the best way possible

• You use data to improve the process and manage the stakeholders.

• One of the goals for the rest of 2026, is to work more aligned with the teams in the other countries: alignment in vacancies, templates etc. A great challenge for someone who is strong in Project Management and getting everyone on the same page.

You are able to manage multiple vacancies at once while keeping overview and quality. You know how to challenge hiring managers and translate their needs into clear, effective job profiles.

You also meet the following requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment.

• Comfortable with data-driven recruitment.

• Excellent command of English.

• Living in or within travel distance of Amsterdam.

• Experience with Recruitee is a big plus.

We work hybrid. If you work fulltime, you can work from home 2 days a week. If you prefer to work from the office fulltime, you’re very welcome to do so.

Please note, we are unable to provide sponsorship. We also don’t need any help with filling this role. We prefer to find a new colleague ourselves.
