DESCRIPTION

The position for a Breakfast Cook in Sir Victor is for a detail-oriented person, reliable cook to join our ongoing growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in managing all aspects of the kitchen department of the restaurant in the breakfast service. As a cook you will be responsible for maintaining quality and increasing profitability. Your skills and a good understanding of high efficiency and concept experience are a must.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.

• Ensure all that all mise-en-place is always freshly prepared and on time.

• Monitor food stock and communicate any shortages to senior chefs promptly.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring all HACCP guidelines are followed.

• Assist in creating an exceptional breakfast experience for guests.

• Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Strive to improve culinary skills and contribute to menu development.

• Collaborate closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

• At least 2 years of experience as a cook.

• Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware.

• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)

• Ability to work in a team.

• Very good communication skills.

• Flexible and hardworking.

• The ability to speak English & Spanish.
