At The Cover Membership Club, hospitality goes far beyond food and drinks, it’s about people. Your role is to make them feel at home.

As a bartender at The Cover, you’re not just serving, you’re engaging. Whether you’re preparing cocktails, recommending a wine, or running a plate of food, you bring warmth, energy, and a genuine smile. You love creating great experiences, you enjoy connecting with people from different cultures, and you’re always ready to jump in where needed.

You’ll be responsible for preparing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, serving food, and ensuring our members feel looked after at every moment. Product knowledge is important, but what matters most is your ability to create memorable interactions and elevate each guest’s experience.

You bring:

• A genuine love for hospitality and people.

• An enthusiastic, energetic spirit with a hands-on mentality.

• Flexibility to support the team, whether behind the bar, serving, or running food.

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, yet informal environment.

• A natural gift for building relationships and creating a personal connection with members.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in English and German; other languages are a plus.

• A comfort with working in an international, multicultural environment.

This job is on a 40 hours contract with 5 working days per week!

Gross monthly salary in accordance with the collective agreement on a fulltime basis : EUR 2026,00
