At The Cover Membership Club, hospitality goes far beyond coffee and service—it’s about people. Our members come from all over the world and from many different walks of life: artists, athletes, entrepreneurs, and creatives who value quality, connection, and a personal touch. Your role is to make them feel at home.

As a barista at The Cover, you’re not just making coffee—you’re creating moments. From the perfect espresso to a beautifully served cappuccino, you know that every cup is part of the experience. You bring warmth, energy, and a genuine smile, whether you’re preparing drinks, serving food, or simply engaging in a friendly conversation with our members. You love connecting with people from different cultures and are always happy to step in wherever needed.

You’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and other beverages, serving light food, and ensuring our members feel cared for throughout their visit. Product knowledge is important, but what matters most is your ability to create memorable interactions and elevate the everyday into something special.

You bring:

• A genuine passion for coffee, hospitality, and people.

• An enthusiastic, energetic spirit with a hands-on mentality.

• Flexibility to support the team—whether behind the bar, serving, or running food.

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, yet informal environment.

• A natural gift for building relationships and creating a personal connection with members.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in English and German; other languages are a plus.

• A comfort with working in an international, multicultural environment.
