As an Assistant Controller you are independently responsible for preparing P&Ls, managing specific sub-administration (e.g. fixed assets, taxes), checking and analyzing supplied financial data. You functionally manage several administrative employees.

This is what you're going to do

In this role you are independently responsible for supplying P&Ls in a timely manner, managing book-to-report processes, coordinating purchasing and operation teams to ensure proper controls are in place. You work with several administrative employees within our Finance department.

Together with:

• Leading the month end closing process utilizing FloQast

• Preparing P&L statements and supporting documentations

• Reviewing and guiding the work of the Accounts Payable Administrator(s) and Storekeeper(s) 

• Supporting internal and external audits by preparing documentation

In combination with:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience within finance 

• English writing/speaking (Dutch is a plus) 

• Living within travel distance of our HQ in Amsterdam ánd eligible to work in the Netherlands (without sponsorship)
