The Burger Bar Supervisor (hamburger restaurant) at SiR Hotels supervises with the collaboration of the team leader and in addition to guaranteeing excellent customer service.

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to lead our team to success. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where every day is a new opportunity to provide memorable experiences to our guests. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our team maintains the highest standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities include assisting, if necessary, in setting up and organizing shifts, training and motivating team members, and checking the cleanliness and order of public and private areas. To be successful in this job, you must have in-depth knowledge of health regulations and have team management skills. Please note that the position requires working day, evening, holiday, weekend, or night shifts.

Finally, you will ensure that our building is safe, clean and welcoming.


  • Supervise daily operations, including food service, food preparation, and cleanliness of the restaurant area.
  • Assist in training, motivating and supervising the team, ensuring excellent performance and compliance with service standards.
  • Coordinate staff tasks during work shifts, assigning responsibilities equitably and efficiently.
  • Maintain high levels of quality in the products and services offered, guaranteeing that each order meets our specifications.
  • Assist in managing inventories and supporting ordering of supplies and raw materials as needed, ensuring the restaurant has adequate resources at all times.
  • Communication with the department manager to monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to encourage professional growth.
  • Supervise compliance with cleaning and hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for workers and customers.
  • Resolve problems and conflicts that arise during the shift, providing effective solutions and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in the selection and hiring of new personnel, ensuring that the team is made up of trained and committed people.
  • Comply with established food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with all health regulations.

Job requirements


  • Previous experience in Burger Bar or food service supervisory roles.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Strong customer orientation and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while remaining calm under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn restaurant management systems. Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Stamina to meet the physical demands of the job.
  • Flexibility to work multiple shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Customer oriented and friendly.
  • Knowledge and communication in English is necessary.
  • Vocational or secondary training diploma is a plus.
