As Financial Controller in our corporate team, you will play a pivotal role in the day to day operations of our holding companies. Together with your fellow controllers, you will lead the team and company to new heights. You are responsible for the final control of the Dutch management, holding & other companies. This includes group-wide financial oversight, governance & balance reporting.

This is what you're going to do

• Guide, support and coordinate the finance team;

• Responsible for the financial administration;

• Assisting in group reporting & consolidation;

• Finalize quarterly & annual reporting, VAT declaration & support CIT filing;

• Participate in audits conducted by our external accountants;

• Providing financial support for property acquisition and disposal transactions;

• Contributing to bond raising and growth initiatives.

You are a pragmatic and hands-on finance professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. You can take ownership where needed, but you also understand the importance of teamwork and flexibility. You communicate clearly, are comfortable working with stakeholders, and know how to prioritize in a fast-moving organization. 

Additionally, you bring:

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting ór equivalent experience.

• 1-2 years of experience as Financial Controller

• Fulltime availability.

• Proficiency in English (Dutch is a plus!).

• Willing to learn in a complex environment.

• Knowledge of working for a company with multiple entities throughout countries is a plus.

To be eligible for this position, you must live in Amsterdam or within commutable disctance and be in possession of a valid work permit (if applicable). Sponsorship is unfortunately not possible.
