Job description

This is what you're going to do

As an HR Officer your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth and accurate execution of all People & Culture administrative processes, acting as the first point of contact for HR-related questions. You play a key role in managing HR administration, supporting onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee data, and ensuring all processes are handled efficiently and in line with company standards. Through your work, you help bring people together in our beautiful spaces to create wonderful memories.

This role is part of the Seven North Prague and reports directly to the Restaurant General Manager & P&C Manager. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Finance, Group Director of Food & Beverage, and other support teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations and administrative excellence.

HR Advisory & Business Partnering

  • Advise the Restaurant General Manager & Head Chef on HR policies, procedures, and best practices in accordance with Czech Employment Laws.

  • Assist in preparing and issuing job offers and employment contracts to new hires.

  • Support the onboarding process by assisting with new hire orientations and ensuring that all new team members feel welcomed and well-prepared to start their roles.

  • Support the Restaurant General Manager & Head Chef in maintaining and complying with Employment & Health & Safety legislations.

  • Assist with performance evaluations, career growth, and training programs that encourage personal and professional development of all team members.

  • Support the preparation and coordination of monthly payroll by ensuring accurate employee data, processing payroll-related changes, and collaborating with payroll providers and internal stakeholders.

Policy Implementation & Governance

  • Ensure HR policies are applied correctly and consistently across departments.

  • Support the manager in interpreting and applying company policies.

  • Monitor adherence to internal standards and employment legislation.


HR Projects & Initiatives

  • Lead or coordinate HR projects (e.g., roll out of HR Management Solution, development, process improvement).

  • Support the implementation of new HR initiatives and tools.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement within the P&C function.

Payroll

  • Support the preparation and coordination of monthly payroll by ensuring accurate employee data, processing payroll-related changes, and collaborating with payroll providers and internal stakeholders.

  • Advise on team structures, workforce planning, and development needs.

  • Provide input on budgeting related to people and workforce decisions.


This is why you are the best candidate

  • 3-5 year experience in relevant HR experience in an administrative role, preferably within the hospitality industry.

  • Familiarity with payroll processes and documentation

  • Natural communicator with excellent spoken and written Czech & English.

  • A positive, enthusiastic and creative approach to your work, pro-activity & solution-focus is key

  • A self-starter with the ability to multitask.

  • Comfort in a fast-moving environment – flexibility is key!
