Your role includes:

• Crafting unique event experiences to maximize revenue

• Organizing every detail for events at our German and Austrian properties

• Selling our hotels' services to clients

• Communicating with customers via phone and email

• Turning guests' wishes into reality, exceeding expectations

• Preparing offers, contracts, invoices, and more

• Planning and executing events with creativity and initiative

• Collaborating with regional and international teams for seamless operations

You're a real sales superstar who loves working with a team! You're proactive and can easily adapt to fast-changing situations. With your charisma and enthusiasm, you can't wait to boost our department's commercial activities and showcase your awesome organizational skills. In short, this is what you bring to the table:

• You have at least 1 year experience within Group, Meeting & Event Department
  

• You are a passionate and enthusiastic sales person who loves to organize and to plan
  

• You are a people’s person who can encourage guests for our hotels
  

• You have an eye for detail and think along and come with solutions
  

• German and English needs to be spoken and written fluently
  

• Knowledge of a property management system is a pré
  

• You are super commercial and have a passion for hospitality
  

• Excellent social and communication skills
  

• Team player, but certainly also capable of working independently
  

• You never stop learning. Curiosity is a must as we try to stay ahead of the curve
