At Sircle Collection, we create hotels and restaurants that inspire people to connect, explore and feel at home. Behind every memorable guest experience is a seamless technology landscape and that’s where you come in.
We are looking for an IT Project Manager who thrives on bringing people, projects and systems together. Someone who enjoys creating structure in dynamic environments, keeping multiple stakeholders aligned, and ensuring that every project is delivered with clarity, precision and care.
In this role, you will be at the heart of our IT organisation, coordinating projects and operational initiatives across our portfolio of hotels and offices. From new hotel openings and renovations to system migrations and vendor transitions, you will help ensure that our teams have the tools, systems and support they need to deliver exceptional experiences every day. As our IT Project Manager, you will act as the central connector between IT, Finance, Legal, Operations, Construction & Design, and external partners. You will maintain oversight across multiple initiatives, proactively identify opportunities for improvement, and help shape the future of Sircle Collection’s technology landscape.
Lead and coordinate IT projects across hotel openings, renovations, rebrandings, system migrations and property offboardings.
Create and manage project plans, timelines and stakeholder alignment, ensuring smooth delivery from kickoff to go-live.
Act as the key liaison between IT, Operations, Finance, Legal, Construction & Design, and external technology partners.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure suppliers deliver according to agreed scope, timelines and contractual commitments.
Oversee IT-related contracts, documentation and compliance, safeguarding continuity throughout property transitions and organisational changes.
Support budget planning and financial oversight by monitoring IT spend, validating invoices and identifying opportunities for optimisation.
Own and continuously improve project governance and tracking within Monday.com, creating transparency across projects, contracts and operational activities.
Drive continuous improvement by proactively identifying efficiencies, mitigating risks and helping shape the future IT landscape of Sircle Collection.
