Our Max Brown 7th District is now looking for a Public Area Cleaner (m/f/d).

Preparation and Organization:

• Replenishing cleaning supplies, guest items, and fresh linens in the service area.
• Ensuring that all cleaning equipment is functional and clean.
• Cleaning public areas: Thorough cleaning of public hotel areas such as the lobby, corridors, elevators, stairwells, and common rooms.
• Regular cleaning and disinfecting of surfaces, doors, and windows.
• Waste disposal and restocking hygiene products in public restrooms.

Room Cleaning:

• Cleaning guest rooms according to established standards, including making beds, dusting, and floor cleaning.
• Replacing towels and bed linens, as well as replenishing toiletries.
• Ironing guest laundry upon request and ensuring it is properly returned to the guests.

Minor Repairs:

• Performing minor repairs, such as replacing light bulbs or reporting larger damages to the maintenance technician.

Guest Interaction:

• Displaying a friendly and polite attitude towards guests.
• Handling guest requests and complaints or forwarding them to the appropriate supervisor.

Safety and Hygiene Standards:

• Adhering to prescribed safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Reporting safety issues or potential hazards.

• Professional experience in this or a similar role Ideally experience in hospitality Eye for detail, precise work ethic Handling and use of various cleaning agents Team player, well-groomed appearance Confident, friendly, and open attitude towards guests
