As our Senior Revenue Manager, you will play a pivotal role in setting up and executing our revenue strategy, maximizing revenue opportunities, and driving the commercial success of our brand. 

This is what you’re going to do

Join our dynamic Revenue team at Sircle Collection as one of our Revenue Managers. If you excel in numbers, analysis, planning, are creative, commercially driven and have a passion for this job, apply now. You'll be pivotal in setting up the price and yield strategy, selection and management of the perfect channel mix for your hotels, supporting growth of direct bookings and growth of Sircle Club and work closely together with sales & e-commerce how to put the hotel in the market. Your responsibilities include:

• Crafting sales and pricing strategies based on commercial judgment through effective analysis and reporting.

• Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce, Finance, Booking Office, and operational departments to define and implement strategies.

• Managing and guiding a Junior Revenue Manager and two interns.

• Forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analysing key data.

• Obtaining and analysing information to maximize opportunities and minimize risks.

• Ensuring accurate loading of rates, supporting Corporate RFP programs, GDS landscape including Consortia programs as well as FIT rates 

• Driving commercial performance metrics like RevPAR, GOP, Market Share, and EBITDA for the hotel.

You are a pro in analysing financial reports and market data with meticulous attention to detail.

A proactive approach to achieving goals and being hands-on are essential. Adaptability, thinking along and considering goals and challenges within departments such as sales and e-commerce and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment are the most important qualities we are looking for.

• Bachelor degree or similar.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Revenue Management, ideally as a Revenue or Yield Manager.

• Knowledge of Duetto, Shiji, BI dashboards.

• Eligible to work in the Netherlands (without needing sponsorship).

• You live in, or within commuting distance of, Amsterdam.
