Main role - purpose

As the Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to develop the corporate and MICE business for Sir Victor. You are the commercial face of this hotel, working closely with the General Manager to drive revenue and market share. Crucially, you will liaise with the wider Group Sales Team to ensure these hotels benefit from specialized expertise while supporting the growth of local accounts into portfolio-wide agreements. Through your work, you help bring people together in our beautiful spaces to create wonderful memories.

Responsabilities:

Account Management & Commercial Execution

• Plan and execute sales activities for corporate and MICE segments to meet or exceed budgeted room nights and revenue for your hotel.

• Prospect the local market for new business and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers.

• Manage and develop local accounts with the goal of growing them into portfolio-wide agreements in collaboration with the Group Director of Sales, Director of Strategic Accounts & Sales Effectiveness, and other group sales team.

• Provide commercial support to the GME team for your hotel to ensure high conversion and budget achievement.

• Collaborate with and support the group sales team to grow and support segment specific business within the hotels.

Leadership & strategy

• Team Leadership: Set a professional example within the sales department, providing wider commercial guidance and mentorship to support the development of the GME function and central support roles.

• Compliance: Ensure full compliance with sales SOPs within the department and across all sales-related team members in both hotels.

• Strategic Input: Create and implement Business Development Plans and sales action plans to support the hotels’ commercial goals.

• Onsite Presence: Maintain a visible presence at your property to ensure tactical alignment and team support.

• Synergy: Drive cross-selling by providing leads to colleagues in other hotels within Sircle Collection

Reporting, Targets & Administration

• Meet weekly sales appointment and activity targets and maintain an accurate CRM system.

• Generate monthly dashboards of account results, new clients, and appointments for the General Manager and Group Director of Sales.

• Organize regular business reviews with commercial teams and quarterly meetings with external stakeholders to discuss performance and feedback

This role is part of the Sales Department and reports directly to the General Manager – Sir Victor, with a functional dotted line to the Group Director of Sales.

Job requirements

  • Prior experience in a hotel sales position.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish; ability to lead and influence stakeholders remotely.

  • Result-driven, adaptable to changing markets, and proactive in bringing up revenue improvement ideas
