Sir Hotels is headed to Prague!

The newest addition to the Sir Hotels family and Sircle Collection's inaugural property in the historic city center is opening soon near the picturesque Vltava River. Our boutique hotel will feature 76 meticulously designed rooms, a delightful library, state-of-the-art fitness amenities, and the acclaimed Seven North restaurant.

What you’ll be doing with us:

• As the General Manager - Seven North Prague, you will play a crucial role to implement our restaurant concept Seven North to Prague and lead all aspects of the Food & Beverage Operation within the hotel (such as breakfast, all day offering, room service and banqueting).

• Your expertise and creativity will be essential in implementing and delivering a memorable dining experience that reflect our brand's dedication to innovation, quality, and heartfelt service.

• In the preopening phase, alongside the Group Director of Food & Beverage, you will play a crucial role in planning  the service blue print, recruiting and the team, implementing policies and procedures to ensure that all standards are met in the F&B areas.

• The ideal candidate will have proven experience in opening new restaurants within a lifestyle/boutique hotel environment (preferably in Prague). You are passionate about the Food & Beverage scene with an entrepreneurial spirit, excel in leading a team and thrive under pressure.
