This is what you're going to do

As a creative Recruiter you are part of our People & Culture department and will work closely with the Corporate Recruiter, our dedicated P&C Advisor, Assistant AND of course the hiring managers of the six Sircle Collection Hotels in Amsterdam and The Hague. You are responsible for the recruitment of all positions in these hotels; you will need to sit behind your desk from time to time but preferably we see you in and around the hotels as often as possible!

• You are the first friendly face all our new operational colleagues will see!
• We count on you to attract the best talent in the industry; you do phone screenings, manage incoming applications and make sure candidates have a positive candidate experience. The in depth interviews are done by our capable hiring managers;
• You drive our Campus Recruitment! This means: attending career fairs, organizing guest lectures and this way build a strong employer brand among college communities; enthusiasm required!
• Stakeholder management is super important to you; you know how to build and maintain a strong relationship with all your hiring managers;
• You build and maintain talent pools for future openings;
• You love working on various recruitment projects to improve our internal and external image.

This is why you are the best candidate

To succeed in this role as Recruiter, it would be great if you have at least a year of experience in Recruitment (internship included). You don’t meet this requirement yet? But motivation, the willingness to learn and a having a Hospitality DNA is at least as important. We love it when you are hands-on, know how to multitask and you can switch quickly from task to task. You speak and write Dutch ánd English.
