Join our housekeeping team – we're looking for dedicated support to help maintain our public areas.

You help ensure our guests feel welcome from the very first moment – because a clean and well-kept first impression makes all the difference! Whether it’s the lobby, hallways, or elevators: as a member of our housekeeping team, you are responsible for cleanliness, order, and a pleasant atmosphere throughout all public areas of the hotel. With an eye for detail, technical understanding, and a friendly attitude, you play a key role in creating a positive environment and smooth operations.

Public Areas:

• Cleaning and maintaining the lobby, hallways, elevators, staircases, and common areas

• Regular cleaning and disinfection of surfaces, doors, and windows

• Waste disposal including proper recycling and separation

• Refilling hygiene products in public restrooms

Organization & Preparation:

• Restocking cleaning supplies, guest amenities, and fresh linen in the housekeeping office

• Checking and maintaining cleaning equipment and materials

Minor Maintenance:

• Performing small repair tasks (e.g. replacing light bulbs)

• Reporting major issues to the technical team

Guest Interaction:

• Friendly and respectful appearance when interacting with guests

• Handling simple guest requests or forwarding them to the responsible department

Safety & Hygiene:

• Compliance with all relevant safety and hygiene standards

• Reporting potential hazards or irregularities

What you bring:

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a hotel or professional cleaning environment

• A keen eye for cleanliness and detail, with a careful and structured approach to work

• Confident handling of cleaning products and equipment

• A strong team spirit and a well-groomed, professional appearance

• A friendly, service-oriented attitude and a respectful, open approach when interacting with guests

Gross monthly salary: EUR 2026€ based on 40 hours (in accordance with the collective labor agreement).
