Responsibilities:

  • Closely collaborate with People & Culture Manager on daily duties
  • Dive into payroll with enthusiasm while offering essential support to our line managers on matters concerning labor law / Hospitality CLA regulations, permits, and all things related to our team members' needs!
  • Take charge of staff well-being, help organize meetings and workshops to keep everyone inspired! 
  • Be part of exciting People & Culture projects from our Dutch Headquarter
  • Collaborate with our recruiter & hiring managers to recruit and onboard top talent, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new team members
  • Provide support to line managers and team members on People & Culture policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Let's celebrate! From birthdays to work anniversaries, you'll be the party planner extraordinaire, making sure every milestone is a blast! 

Job requirements

  • Strong understanding of labor law and personnel administration
  • Experience in Austrian payroll is a bonus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Demonstrated creativity in problem-solving and process improvement
  • Ambitious mindset with a drive for personal and professional growth
  • Ability to bring innovative and surprising approaches to People & Culture practices
