This is what you will do 

In this People & Culture role for the Netherlands region, you will work in a fast-growing and dynamic company. You will lead a team (6 FTE) of enthusiastic and ambitious People & Culture professionals with a passion for Hospitality. In your daily work you are responsible for managing the team, but you also take on a senior advisory role to tackle challenging P&C cases, such as complicated absenteeism cases. But that's not all! • Coaching the team, consisting of P&C, Recruitment and Payroll, and taking them to a higher level. 

• Providing solicited and unsolicited advice to department heads. 

• Actively contributing to the development and implementation of our People strategy. 

• You love numbers and numbers love you! You are responsible for the salary budget and the P&C reports of both our head office and our 6 beautiful hotels 

• You effortlessly translate HR-trends and local laws and regulations into new projects and action points for our team and for Sircle Collection in general 

• Involving and motivating our colleagues is a high priority for you! You think along with Recruitment to attract and retain new talent.

Your base is our head office in the heart of Amsterdam, but you also ensure that you are visible in our six unique hotels in Amsterdam and The Hague. 

Furthermore, you meet the following points: 

• Experience in a similar role, preferably within Hospitality. 

• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (CAO). 

• Extensive Payroll experience (including the 30% ruling). 

• Knowledge and experience with visa and work permit applications via the IND. 

• Ability to deal well with confidential information. 

• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing. 

• Living in or around Amsterdam.
