As our future People & Culture Manager, you are essential for shaping a vibrant and strategic working environment. This is what you’re going to do
In this People & Culture role, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic company. You will lead a team (5 FTE) of enthusiastic and ambitious People & Culture professionals with a passion for Hospitality. We're currently in a transition to optimization and automation: for example, optimizing the Payroll process, getting the most out of our systems. Your responsibility is not only to lead the team, contribute to strategy, and guide the transition process, but also to handle day-to-day administrative tasks. And that's not all! Read on:
Coach the team, consisting of P&C, Recruitment and Payroll, and take them to a higher level.
Actively contribute to the development and implementation of our People strategy.
Project Management, for example, SLIM subsidies.
You’re the go-to person for our group directors and hotel managers.
You effortlessly translate HR trends and local laws and regulations into new projects and action points for our team and for Sircle Collection in general.

Your base is our headquarters in the heart of Amsterdam, but we’re quite flexible in working from home or from one of our unique hotels in Amsterdam and The Hague.
You also meet the following requirements:
Experience in a similar role
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (CLA)
Excellent written and spoken English, Dutch is a big plus
Living in or within travel distance of Amsterdam
Payroll and Learning & Development experience is a plus
