To make our People & Culture team even stronger and to support our colleagues every day, we are looking for you to join our team! In this role, you will be the go-to person for colleagues, supporting them with questions about company rules, processes and day-to-day People & Culture matters. Next to that, you help make processes run smoothly, accurate and efficient. You’ll get hands-on experience, learn how a dynamic People & Culture team works, and be part of a young and energetic team at our headquarters in the heart of Amsterdam, reporting directly to the People & Culture Advisor.  

This is what you're going to do

• Support with the administration of employee files, and contracts, keeping everything accurate and up to date

• Manage hour registration and ensure systems and personnel files are always up to date.

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, making sure employee flows run smoothly. 

• Prepare contracts, letters, addenda, and other People & Culture documents

• Be the first point of contact for colleagues with questions about People & Culture processes, contracts, or company policies.

• Assist in organizing the monthly bike tour and introduction training for new employees, helping onboarding and team activities run smoothly and fun.

• Support training, development, and internal projects that strengthen the team and company culture.

• Support the department with daily administrative tasks 

This is why you are the best candidate 
To succeed in this role, you are currently a student enrolled in a relevant study. You have good communication skills in English and Dutch. It goes without saying that you have an affinity with hospitality, know how to connect with different people and cultures, and are proactive, reliable, and eager to learn. You are available from September 2026 for a minimum of five months.

Compensations

• The internship compensation is € 750 gross based on a full-time internship.

• We offer a compensation in your housing costs of € 80 gross (fulltime) in case you have to move to Amsterdam for your internship.
