This role offers a unique opportunity to lead Max Brown Midtown as the highest on-site leader. You will drive operational excellence, lead and inspire your team, and ensure both guest satisfaction and business performance. What You’ll Do:

• This role holds ultimate responsibility for the day-to-day operations and overall performance, ensuring smooth execution and continuous improvement across all functional areas.

• Lead, inspire, and develop the entire hotel team, creating a culture of accountability, care, and high performance.

• Ensure compliance with all operational standards, including fire safety, HACCP, and local labor laws.

• Drive guest satisfaction by delivering authentic and memorable experiences, responding proactively to feedback and trends.

• Develop and manage the hotel’s budget, focusing on revenue growth, profitability, and cost control.

• Collaborate closely with the central teams (People & Culture, Finance, Marketing, Revenue) to align with brand standards and business goals.

• Build and maintain strong local partnerships to strengthen the hotel’s presence in the market.

Your Profile:

• A commitment to high personal integrity and respectful workplace practices.

• A minimum of 3 years of operational leadership experience within a hotel environment

• Strong understanding of financial management, with the ability to optimize P&L and drive profitability.

• A natural leader who inspires teams and fosters collaboration while ensuring compliance with local laws and standards.
