As our Leisure Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of account management for our collection of fifteen Sircle Collection boutique and lifestyle hotels across Europe. Your mission? To contract and build lasting relationships with wholesalers and tour operators. This is a UK-based role with hybrid working, requiring regular travel to our London office and occasional international trips. You'll be representing us at international fairs and sales missions, making a lasting, positive impression.

This is what you're going to do:
Manage and prospect for Leisure business to meet and exceed annual and monthly budgeted room nights and room revenue.
Extend and negotiate contracted accounts with existing and new customers.
Organise business review meetings with all your accounts.
Relationship management and organising site inspections in our hotels.
Pro-actively provide input for strategic account plans and commercial strategy.
Stakeholder management: for example, with the Revenue department and Booking Office.
International travel including, but not limited to, ITB and WTM: you’ll be a real brand ambassador!

£35k to £38k pro rata, plus bonus (we’re open to discussing part time or full time hours)

To succeed in this role as Leisure Sales Manager, we believe you’re a born salesperson who won’t hesitate to take a leading role in the sales performance of Sircle Collection. You’re a team player who is always willing to support other Sales team members. You’re flexible, hungry for a challenge and ready to hit the ground running. You’re organised, proactive and results driven. Together with:
One year of experience in a similar sales position. Experience selling European destinations preferable, but not essential.
Excellent communication skills in English (other languages a bonus).
Based in the UK and able travel to our London office at least twice a month, for two days at a time. You must also be available for international travel as required.
