Job description
Join our team! Max Brown 5th District is looking for a Kitchen Allrounder/Dishwasher (m/f/d) starting from now.
As a Max Brown Kitchen Allrounder, you will actively support the kitchen team and contribute to smooth operations and consistently excellent service. In this role, you will take responsibility across all areas of kitchen – mainly dishwashing and supportive tasks – according to the allocation by the department head. You are motivated, experienced, and work with your team to keep all areas of the kitchen clean.
Job requirements
This is what you're going to do
You carry out all basic cleaning work
You collect and clean pots and pans.
You support the kitchen team with preparing the breakfast and banquetting dishes
You take over little kitchen tasks by yourself
Cleaning dishes and cutlery and making sure food preparation work stations are clean.
You make sure the storage area stays tidy.
Cleaning dishes by hand and in dishwasher.
You will be responsible for maintaining hygiene in all work areas in the kitchen in accordance with HACCP regulations.
