Seven North restaurant is now operating in Prague!
The acclaimed Seven North restaurant has been operating in Prague for one year, located on the ground floor of the Sir Hotel, an inaugural property in the historic city center near the picturesque Vltava River, part of the Sircle collection.
The culinary journey of Seven North restaurant is inspired by Mediterranean, French, central European, and Italian cuisines, guided by Chef Eyal Shani's vision of pure and surprising dishes meant to be shared for communal enjoyment.
We create an all-day dining experience featuring vibrant flavors from the southern Mediterranean, complemented by a dynamic open kitchen, a lively cocktail bar, and an atmosphere of spontaneous passion. Our goal is to provide memorable dining moments where guests can feel a sense of freedom and love through exceptional food and hospitality.
This is what you’re going to do
Preparation and monitoring of daily freshly produced menus and à la carte dishes
To ensure that all mise-en-place is always freshly prepared and on time
Monitor incoming goods – such as supplies, ingredients and prefabricated foods
Ensure all HACCP guidelines are being followed and practiced
Instruction and training team members
To deputize in the head chef’s absence and take charge of the kitchen when directed to do so.
Supporting the head chef in day-to-day tasks such as placing orders, inventory and cost control, stock taking, and work schedule planning.
Together with the head chef, make sure that all outlets (including breakfast, Seven North restaurant, staff food, and special events are being managed and taken care professionally and in line with the Sircle Collection branding and guidelines.
This is why you’re the best candidate
You have at least 2 years of experience as demi chef de partie.
You are responsible and sensible and able to hold a section on your own (when needed.
You are an early bird and love early shifts.
You appreciate aesthetic plating and buffet setting and are capable of delivering delicious and beautiful breakfast experience.
