For Sircle Collection we are looking for a starting People & Culture Data Analyst. Someone who gets excited about data and systems but also doesn't shy away from a bit of administration. In this role you play an important role in the transitional phase we are in; we are actively working on optimizing processes and digitizing and automating where possible. As part of the People & Culture team you are part of the heart of our company. Our office is located in the center of Amsterdam.
This is what you’re going to do as Junior P&C Data Analyst
You are a star in creating and analyzing management reports in PowerBI and can convert this into reliable, sustainable advice for department heads and hotel managers.
You get energy from organizing Dyflexis, our Workforce Management system, more efficiently and in the future you will also be responsible for the successful further rollout of P&C related products within the organization.
Onboarding and introducing new department heads in the field of management and HR systems.
Together with the rest of the P&C team, you ensure that the personnel administration is in order and you do the monthly payroll in no time.
You are responsible for the administrative on- and offboarding and for sending contracts and extensions of the employees in our 6 hotels.
You take the lead when it comes to the flows in YouServe, our HR and Payroll software.

PowerBI is really your thing. You get excited about data and making improvements based on this data. You are tech savvy and like to implement improvements. You work in an organized way and can easily and quickly switch between different projects and tasks. You have a positive and open mindset and you can inspire colleagues, even for data 😉. We have ambitious plans within People & Culture and you will certainly not shy away from them.
Combined with:
HBO work and thinking level with 1 year of relevant work experience or experience in the field of PowerBI gained during study or internship.
Knowledge of PowerBI.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (CAO) and experience within HR is a plus.
Excellent command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
Affinity with Hospitality.
