Job description
Are you passionate about hospitality and eager to gain hands-on experience in a luxury hotel environment? Sir Prague Hotel is looking for an enthusiastic Guest Service Intern to join our team and support us in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Internship is unpaid.
What you’ll do:
Be the first smile guests see when they arrive.
Help with check-ins, concierge tips, and making every stay unforgettable.
Support the team with guest requests and smooth communication across departments.
Learn how a luxury hotel really works behind the scenes.

Job requirements
What we’re looking for:
Student or recent grad in hospitality, tourism, or similar.
Great English (Czech is a bonus).
Positive vibes, flexibility, and curiosity to learn.
