As a Breakfast Waiter & Guest Service Agent at Max Brown 5th District, you’ll be the heart of our breakfast team – ensuring smooth operations, serving breakfast with a smile, and delighting our guests. At the same time, you’ll support our Front Office and Bar, helping every guest start their day in the best possible way.

Your responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast while ensuring a smooth and friendly service.

• Communicate with guests, offer recommendations, and ensure they feel completely at ease.

• Support the Front Office with check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.

• Assist at the Bar to maintain a welcoming and lively atmosphere.

• Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Contribute your ideas to continuously enhance the guest experience and service quality.

Requirements / Skills

• At least 1 year of experience in breakfast service or a similar role in the hotel/restaurant industry.

• Fluent in German and English.

• Warm, communicative, and service-oriented personality.

• Flexible, hands-on, and ready to support Bar and Front Office tasks.

• Early Bird – ready for breakfast shifts.

Breakfast Service (18 hrs/week, flexible shifts, early morning hours)
Salary: based on a 40-hour week: EUR 2,088.00 gross/month
