Join our team as Group, Meeting & Events Coordinator for our two Max Brown Hotels in Vienna. From the first inquiry to the final execution, you’ll play a key role in delivering memorable moments for our guests.

Work from our brand-new, modern office in the 7th district, surrounded by a creative, motivated team. With flat hierarchies and lots of room for your ideas, it’s the perfect place to grow and make an impact.

Your responsibilities:

• Handling and coordinating group and event inquiries for both Max Brown Hotels in Vienna

• Communicating with guests, corporate clients, and partners via email and phone

• Preparing offers, contracts, invoices, and event schedules

• Collaborating with operational departments to ensure smooth execution

• Actively supporting sales efforts, including identifying upselling opportunities

What you bring:

• 1–2 years of experience in group reservations, events, or hotel operations

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on mentality

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English (written and spoken)

• A passion for working with people, strong service orientation, and team spirit

• Experience with PMS systems

Salary:
€2,263.00 gross/month based on a full-time (40-hour) contract
