As our Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and managing the team in all aspects of the Front Office and work along with them. With your sparkling personality and your hands-on mentality, you provide the ultimate experience for our guests and your team.

This is what you’re going to do

• Together with your team, you will ensure our guests will have the most heartfelt service.

• You will supervise the team of Front Office Agents and Trainees.

• You will be working closely with the housekeeping, maintenance and F&B department.

• Welcoming and guiding guests, conference guests and group leaders.

• Assist the daily operations on different departments.

• Handling complaints according to procedure.

This is why you are the best candidate

• Previous experience as a Front Office Supervisor is required.

• Ability to communicate in Spanish/English.

• Be proactive, dynamic, and have a positive attitude.

• You are a team leader.
