About Sircle Collection

As our Guest Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and managing the team in all aspects of the Front Office and work along with them. With your sparkling personality and your hands-on mentality, you provide the ultimate experience for our guests and your team.

This is what you're going to do

• Together with your team, you will ensure our guests will have the most heartfelt service;

• You will supervise the team of Front Office Agents and Trainees;

• You will be working closely with the housekeeping and maintenance;

• Welcoming and guiding guests, conference guests and group leaders;

• Assist the daily operations on different departments;

• Overseeing "Health and Safety" procedures & coordination of crises;

• Handling complaints according to procedure.

This is why you are the best candidate

To succeed in this role, we believe you should have a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a supervisor role. You speak and write fluently in English. It goes without saying that you have an affinity with hospitality, you are a natural and creative professional with good communication skills and knows how to connect with different people and cultures. You are not afraid to make mistakes and would like to work in a young, ambitious and dynamic team.

Hi there! Very nice to (e)meet you and welcome to the coolest neighborhood in town! My name is Elia, and I am the Front of House Manager at Sir Albert. Everything that is mentioned above sounds great right? But let me tell you working at Sir Albert is so much more than that. Here you get to experience the town like a real local and we love to transmit that to our guests as well. Grab a coffee or a broodje haring at the market ;), walk to the museum square, and get soaked in culture by some of the nicest paintings and buildings in Europe. And of course, the restaurants, not only do we have many diverse and amazing restaurants, all within walking distance from the hotel, but we also have Izakaya inhouse!
