Job requirements
What you bring
- You bring experience in customer service, with a background in hotel front desk or other front-facing roles, and your friendly smile and energetic attitude make every guest’s visit unforgettable!
- You have the highest standards of quality and service, work independently and are a host from the bottom of your heart
- As a team player, you are reliable and flexible
- You have very good /advanced German & good English speaking & writing skills
