Provocateur Hotel Berlin is on the lookout for a Night Auditor (m/f/d) who combines charm, professionalism, and dedication to delight our guests throughout the night. If you take pride in ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and enjoy being the calm, friendly face after dark, we’d love to hear from you!

Your Role as Night Auditor

• Nighttime Hospitality: Be the warm and reliable presence for our guests during the night, ensuring they feel welcome and well cared for at any hour.

• Late Check-In & Early Check-Out: Handle guest arrivals and departures smoothly and professionally outside of regular hours.

• Guest Support: Respond to inquiries, assist with late-night requests, and resolve any issues calmly and efficiently.

• Nightly Audits: Oversee the daily financial close-out, process reports, and ensure the accuracy of accounts.

• Security & Safety: Monitor the hotel’s safety protocols and be attentive to any unusual activity or emergencies.

• Communication Hub: Ensure clear handovers and keep all departments informed of important updates and guest needs.

• Team Support: Work closely with other departments to maintain the smooth overnight operation of the hotel.

What You Bring

• A passion for hospitality and a reassuring, service-oriented approach—even in the quietest hours.

• Prior hotel experience and knowledge of night audit tasks are a plus.

• Fluency in English /or German (other languages are always welcome).

• Professional, calm, and confident demeanor—especially under pressure.

• Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

• Strong numerical and computer skills for handling nightly financial procedures.

• A proactive attitude and pride in ensuring every guest has a flawless overnight experience.
