Job description
As a Bartender & Guest Service Agent at Max Brown 5th District, you’ll be the heart of our bar scene – crafting drinks, sharing stories, and setting the perfect mood for our guests. At the same time, you’ll support our Front Office and Breakfast Team, making sure every guest’s day begins and ends with a smile

Your responsibilities:
Create and serve delicious drinks while maintaining a welcoming and lively atmosphere at the bar.
Engage with guests, offering recommendations and ensuring they enjoy their time with us.
Support the Front Office with check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries when needed.
Assist the Breakfast Team to ensure a smooth and friendly morning experience.
Work closely with colleagues across departments to keep operations running seamlessly.
Contribute your ideas and creativity to continually improve our service and guest experience.
Job requirements
At least 1 year of experience working at a bar or in a similar role within the hotel/restaurant industry.
Fluent in German and English to confidently assist our international guests.
A warm, communicative, and service-oriented personality, who enjoys making guests happy at the bar and throughout the hotel.
Flexible, hands-on, and eager to learn – ready to take on bar and service tasks as well as support duties in the Front Office and breakfast area.
