We are currently looking for a Finance Clerk to take on various administrative tasks. As a company we are developing day by day and we are currently opening horizons for projects in Portugal.

Your main responsibilities will include keeping financial records, preparing bills and delivering high-quality customer service. Your goal will be to ensure our accounting procedures run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Process bills, checks, receipts and other documents
• Ensure all documents are properly signed and distributed
• Verify financial and other data (e.g. tax identification numbers)
• Monitor financial transactions
• Enter data and maintain updated records
• Assist with account reconciliations
• Communicate with vendors, customers and colleagues
• Report the status of accounts and discrepancies

Contract:

• Permanent contract
• Starting date: May - June 2024
  
• Anual gross salary: 21.000 - 24.000€
• Headquarters located in Barcelona

• Experience is not necessary, although it would be an asset
• Attention to detail and organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to solve problems
• Be able to speak Spanish
  
• University Degree in B&A or similar

It will be a plus:

• Basic knowledge of Portuguese accounting and financial transactions
• Valuable knowledge of financial taxes in the country
