Main responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets.

• Collaborate with the F&B Manager to develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), menus, checklists, and other documentation.

• Ensure smooth execution of service plans in all outlets.

• Manage team schedules, including shift planning and vacation requests.

• Support recruitment and onboarding of new staff, including training and development.

• +3 years experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.

• Familiarity with F&B regulations, including sanitation and safety guidelines.

• Capable of working autonomously and solving problems creatively.

• Strong team player focused on achieving the best results for both self and colleagues.

• Be proactive, dynamic, and have a positive attitude.
