Each year we open new hotels in Europe’s most inspiring neighbourhoods and restaurant concepts in target markets. Together with your team you will be responsible for the management of the existing assets as well as the review and analysis of new projects. You love to do research and see it as a challenge to be involved in multiple projects. You will work in our Headquarters in the city centre of Amsterdam.

This is what you're going to do

• Manage documentation of existing properties.
• Advise and direct on required actions for and in existing properties.
• Prepare data rooms and manage relevant information.
• Review requests for existing and new assets.
• Carry out market analyses and competitor research.
• Help the team with feasibility studies.
• Assist in gathering historical data.
• General team support, e.g. preparing presentations and providing management information.

Compensation

• The internship compensation is € 525 gross based on a fulltime internship.
• We offer a compensation in your housing costs of € 80 gross (fulltime) in case you have to move to Amsterdam for your internship.

This is why you are the best candidate

To succeed in this role, we believe you should follow a Bachelor degree, preferably in Real Estate, Property Management or Hotel Management. You have excellent command of English in word and writing. German language skills are a plus. You are available as of February for a minimum period of five months. It goes without saying that you have an affinity with hospitality, you are a strategic thinker, natural and independent professional with good computer skills and know how to connect with different people and cultures. You are not afraid to make mistakes and would like to work in a young, ambitious and dynamic team.

This role is only available for candidates that are currently studying and need to complete an internship as part of their curriculum.
