To make sure we can keep on opening new hotels as well as delivering refurbishments projects we have an outstanding Construction & Design team. Together with this team you are responsible for the growth of our portfolio. You will work in our Headquarters in the city centre of Amsterdam.

This is what you're going to do

• Assisting project managers with overseeing all stages of hotel construction projects, ensuring timely and qualitative completion.

• Support with administrative tasks such as drawings, procurement, and project reporting.

• Collaborating with project team members internal and external.

• Support in the continuous improvement of our processes and guidelines for future projects.

• Assist in budget tracking, helping monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with Internal & External Teams, including contractors, suppliers, and other Sircle team members.

• Learn Project Management processes, gaining exposure to planning, scheduling, and project execution.

• Understand Construction & Design principles, including technical performance, design, and cost management.

This is why you are the best candidate

To succeed in this role, we believe you should follow a Bachelor degree preferably in Project Management, International Business or Architecture. You have excellent command of English in word and writing. You are available as of February 2025 for a minimum period of five months. It goes without saying that you have an affinity with hospitality, construction & design, you are a natural and independent professional with good computer skills and know how to connect with different people and cultures. You are not afraid to make mistakes and would like to work in a young, ambitious and dynamic team.

This role is only available for candidates that are currently studying and need to complete an internship as part of his/her curriculum.

Compensations

• The internship compensation is € 750 gross based on a fulltime internship.

• We offer a compensation in your housing costs of € 80 gross (fulltime) in case you have to move to Amsterdam for your internship.
