As a Supervisor you uplift the guest's experience during their visit to THE ROOFTOP. We are looking for individuals who will have the patience, personality, and perseverance necessary to progress in this position and improve the overall experience of The Rooftop’s customers and the team in general. The Shift supervisor will play a crucial part in successfully provide an excellent overall experience for our guests.

To be a successful supervisor in THE ROOFTOP, you need to love people, have good communication skills and pay attention to the little details.

What we are looking for…

• Experience working a bar/restaurant/night club Supervisor/Shiftleader
• You are now located in Barcelona (or nearby)
• Organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way
• Must be fluent in Spanish and English, additional languages will be highly valuable
• Flexibility to work in evening and night shifts
